    Optical Isolation and LED Indication


    In the field application of industry control equipment, it’s possible the control system be practical damaged due to internal conduction of magnetic components or the wave coupling of the energy inception from outside world.
    It’s becoming more practical the optical coupled components made by isolation package and equipped with the electrical characteristic to prevent the voltage level sudden change.
    Optical coupled components is able to overcome the impaction of the system damaged caused from Voltage Transients, High-Voltage Level Shifting, Ground Loop Current and Common-Mode Voltage. With the usage of the optical coupled solutions in the circuit design of equipments, the integration between different practical system becoming safer, stable and highly qualified.
    LED, with the low energy consumption, low maintenance and small size, it has led to uses as status indicators and displays on a variety of equipment and installations. For the Large-area LED displays are used as stadium displays, dynamic decorative displays, and dynamic message signs over freeways. Furthermore, the lightweight message displays are used at airports and railway stations, and used as the destination displays for trains and buses. Because of their long life, fast switching times, and visibility in broad daylight due to their high output and focus, LEDs have been used in brake lights for cars’ high-mounted brake lights in trucks, and buses, and in turn signals for some time.
